Create card 0:17

Select the list where you want new card to be created. Click + button on the top of the card list view or use press CMD + n on your keyboard

Edit card 0:12

Select the list where you have the card you need to edit. Double click on the card to start editing. Hit Enter when you are done to save your changes.

Archive card 0:07

Click and start dragging the card you want to archive. The + symbol on the top of the card list view will change to trash can symbol. Continue dragging your card and let it go on top of the trash can symbol.

Reorder card 0:06

Click and start dragging the card you want to move up or down. Let the card go when you see that adjacent cards spread to make space for your card.

Move card 0:09

Click and start dragging the card you want to move to a different list. Drag the card on any of lists in any of your boards and let it go when it is on top of the list.

Create board 0:08

Click on + in the bottom left corner, enter your board name and hit Enter.

Rename board 0:10

Right click on the board you want to rename on the right panel. Choose “rename”. Edit your board name and hit Enter.

Close board 0:05

Right click on the board you want to close on the right panel. Choose “close”.

Create list 0:10

Right click on the board where you want to create a new list. Choose “Add list”. Type in your new list name and hit Enter.

Rename list 0:08

Right click on the list you want to rename on the right panel. Choose “rename”. Edit your list name and hit Enter.

Close list 0:04

Right click on the list you want to close on the right panel. Choose “close”.

Toggle card labels 0:06

Right click on a card. Choose a label you want to add. To remove that label right click on the card and click on active label.

Set card due date 0:18

Open card details panel by pressing CMD + 2. Click on any card in the card list, click on calendar icon under card description area. Choose a date in the calendar widget that appears.

Create card checklist 0:06

Open card details panel by pressing CMD + 2. Click on any card in the card list, click on the switch on the top of the card details panel. Click on + in the top right corner.

Create card checklist item 0:11

Open card details panel by pressing CMD + 2. Click on any card in the card list, click on the switch on the top of the card details panel. Hover over your checklist and click on smaller + on the right.

Filter cards 0:06

Click on the left switch to toggle between all cards and just cards assigned to you across all boards and lists.

Sort cards by due date 0:00

Click on the clock icon on top to switch between 3 modes: disabled, filtered by due date from latest to oldest, filtered by due date from oldest to latest.

Customize dot indicator 0:00

Select application View menu item, select “Show Dot When…”, choose one of the options.

Add a list to Today 0:06

Left click on a list in the main application and select “Show in Today Widget.” to add it to Today on macOS.
